Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Shipping is FREE on all orders. Expedited Shipping (Priority 1-3 days) is available at an extra charge of $8. Local customers may pick up their order by leaving a note in the notes section of their order.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Local Pick Up orders will be available as soon as you receive the email notification that your order has been fulfilled.
Returns: We offer free returns. If you're anything less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will readily accept a return or exchange for your item(s). Please contact us via email@example.com or call us at (267) 374-7927 to request a return label.
Returns/Exchanges will be excepted on all full price and sale items within 14 days of purchase. Items returned 14 days after purchase will be offered store credit for the current selling price of the item. Once a return has been initiated, the item(s) MUST be received within 7 days to receive refund/exchange. If outside of that time frame, we offer 50% store credit only up to 30 days after the initial contact for return was made
Final Sale Items (items ending in .99 or .88) cannot be returned/exchanged.
